The last Blendi of the year takes audience from Ninja fighters to opera

November 11th is the last Blendi of the year at Botta. The performance will be circus, opera, physical theatre and improv. There is a winter discount, two tickets for the price of one until 5th of November.  The night will be combination of very different experiences.

Saaramaria's new book is out soon

Ekata Theatre's artist Saaramaria Kuittinen will publish a poetry book which will be available through Ekata Theatre. Saaramaria's poetry book. The poetry book Samaan aikaan suudella ja suuttua will be available from  10.10. onwards. The poems are a collection of poems from the writer's travels. It's a bilingual book, some of the poems are in English and some in Finnish.

On the 13th of October in Blendi, there's an amazing combination of performances again. We had an open call for artists and got a lot of good applications. Our team chose four different shows for October and four for November.

Blendi kickstarted in 2021

Ekata Theatre launched the fun Blendi Clubs this Autumn. In Blendi the audience sees four shows during one night. It's a chilled out bar night with the jazz musician Nikita Rafaelov. We already had two Blendis. In August we saw freestyle rap by Pure, poetry by circuit arcadia, a magician Kristian Backman and Dante performed in Italian by Silvia Manazzone.
